Refund Policy

Every product sold by Fresh Start Library is a digital download. The moment your payment is confirmed, you receive immediate access to the file and you keep it.

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once a file has been delivered, it cannot be returned. This is standard practice for digital goods and it is why we work hard to describe every product clearly before you buy.

Before you purchase. Please read the full product description on each page. We list what the guide or tool covers, who it is for, and what you walk away with. Many products include a preview or sample so you can buy with confidence. If you are unsure whether something is right for you, contact us before you buy and we will help you decide.

If something is wrong on our end. We stand behind every file we sell. If your download is corrupted, will not open, or you received the wrong product, email us at info@freshstartlibrary.com and we will send you a working copy of the correct item at no charge. Our no-refund policy covers change of mind, not a failure to deliver what you paid for.

Chargebacks. If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to us first. We respond quickly and want to make things right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us delays the fix and may result in losing access to your purchase.
