Refund policy

All sales are final.

Fresh Start Library sells digital products, including downloadable guides, trackers, templates, and tools. Because these products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, saved, and used the moment you buy them, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete.

When you buy a digital product, you get immediate access to the full file. There is no way to return a digital download, so all sales are final. Please read the product description carefully before you purchase, so you know exactly what you are getting.

If something is wrong with your file

We stand behind our products. If your download is broken, corrupted, incomplete, or you received the wrong file, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will fix it. That usually means resending the correct file or providing a working download link. Reach out to hi@freshstartlibrary.com with your order number and a short description of the problem, and we will take care of it.

This applies to genuine file or delivery problems. It does not cover a change of mind, buying the wrong product by mistake, or deciding a product was not what you expected after downloading it.

Trouble downloading or opening a file

If you are having trouble downloading or opening your purchase, please email us before requesting anything else. Most issues are quick to solve, such as checking your spam folder for the download link, trying a different browser or device, or opening the file with the right free software. We are happy to walk you through it.

Questions before you buy

If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, ask before you purchase. Since all sales are final, we would rather answer your questions up front than have you buy something that is not the right fit. Email hi@freshstartlibrary.com and we will help.
