Welcome to Fresh Start Library. By using this website and buying our products, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. Who we are. Fresh Start Library sells digital products, including life guides and business tools delivered as downloadable files. Throughout these terms, we, us, and our refer to Fresh Start Library, and you and your refer to you, the customer.

2. The products. All products are digital downloads. No physical item ships. The moment your payment clears, you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. Product formats and details are listed on each product page.

3. What you can do with your purchase. When you buy a product, you receive a single license for your own personal use and for use inside your own business. That means you may read it, apply it, and use the templates and tools in the day to day running of your own company. You may customize and edit the business tools to fit how you work.

4. What you cannot do. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or give away the files, in whole or in part. You may not repackage, rebrand, or present any product as your own to sell or distribute. You may not post the files publicly or upload them anywhere others can download them. One purchase is one license for one person. If you need copies for a team, contact us about a multi-copy option.

5. Intellectual property. All products, text, designs, logos, and content on this site are owned by Fresh Start Library and protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you a license to use it under section 3. It does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

6. Pricing and payment. Prices are listed on each product page and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We do not see or store your full card details. Taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.

7. Refunds. All sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Results and disclaimers. Our products share information, frameworks, and tools based on real experience. They are provided for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific result, income, or outcome from using them. What you achieve depends on your own effort, situation, and many factors outside our control. Nothing we sell is professional financial, legal, medical, or tax advice. For decisions in those areas, consult a qualified professional.

9. Availability. We work to keep the site and downloads available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove products at any time.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fresh Start Library is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
